Returns and refunds

The following conditions apply to returns and refunds for products purchased from REFIND (the store).

Return and exchange conditions

Please refer to each product description to check whether returns or exchanges are accepted and which conditions apply. If a product description states that returns or exchanges are not accepted, that condition applies. Please check the size, material, gemstone, and specifications before placing your order.

Defective or damaged products

If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details of the product's condition, and photos. We will arrange an exchange or refund and cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

For accepted returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after confirming receipt of the returned product.
